Our Mission

We are the Moscow Regional Branch of "Armed Citizen" organization, uniting responsible citizens of Moscow and Moscow Oblast who advocate for the right to self-defense and the development of gun ownership culture.

We work on developing the culture of legal gun ownership, conduct educational events, and contribute to strengthening the legal consciousness of citizens.

Our goal is to create a safe society of conscious and responsible citizens in the Moscow region.

It is an interregional public organization that unites responsible citizens of Russia who advocate for the right to self-defense and the development of legal gun ownership culture.

To join, you need to familiarize yourself with the program and charter, fill out an application, pay the entrance fee (500₽) and annual membership fee (500₽). Detailed instructions are available on the "How to Join" page.

Members get access to educational programs, legal support, regional events, and the opportunity to influence the development of gun culture in Russia.

We have branches in several regions of Russia. The full list is available on the "Regional Branches" page. If there is no branch in your region — you can become its founder!

No, gun ownership is not a requirement for joining. We welcome all citizens who share our values of responsible attitude towards safety.
