Step 1: Introduction
Familiarize yourself with the program and charter of the organization. Join the regional VKontakte group.
Step 2: Application
Fill out a membership application. Provide your contact details and region of residence.

Pay the entrance fee (500₽) and membership fee (500₽/year). Payment details are provided in the Contacts section.
Step 4: Review
Your application will be reviewed within 30 days. Probation period - 3 months.
Step 5: Membership
After approval, you will receive a membership card and access to the organization's internal resources.
